HOW WE STARTED
In 2020, a friend asked us to help develop a talent strategy for his newly funded venture. He liked what he saw and asked us to "handle it". So, we did, and we've built a reputation over the years doing the same work for other founders and growth-stage executives who can't afford to get a hire wrong.
Working inside game studios taught us something we have come to believe applies anywhere: every senior hire is a decision under pressure. Speed, fit, and candidate experience all have to win together. Get any one wrong and the search fails, even when the other two are flawless.
Today that work reaches well beyond games. Wherever a team is shipping something hard on a tight timeline, with no room for a wrong hire, the work is the same.
